Between us: our experience covers companies and industries of all shapes and sizes — industrials, energy, manufacturing, healthcare, and technology. We have scaled operations from small to large, guided businesses through critical inflection points, and led teams in good and difficult times. We share a strong bias to action and move quickly.
Fort Worth, Texas
Henry Ryan
Henry is a sixth generation Texan and grew up in Fort Worth. After attending Texas A&M, where he met his wonderful wife Gabi, Henry spent several years in Houston advising energy, industrial and retail clients with Alvarez & Marsal.
He transitioned to a leadership role with a physician-led healthcare organization based in Dallas, where he led the finance and strategy function. After that business was sold, Henry spent time working with a leading building material manufacturing business across North America, alongside their sales and marketing teams. He and Gabi welcomed their first son in Summer 2026 and live in Dallas, TX.

Dallas, Texas
Steven Mancillas
Steven grew up in Dallas and studied finance at Texas A&M alongside a second concentration in pork and beef meat science, which tells you most of what you need to know about how he approaches operating problems.
He started his career at Bain & Company, concentrating in industrials due-diligence and AI implementation. He then joined Revelyst, the parent of Simms Fishing, CamelBak, and Bushnell Golf, where he gained extensive supply chain & operations experience.

What we say on the outside is only worth as much as how faithfully we hold to the mission of the business day after day. We would rather be measured on what we do in year three than on what we promised in year one.

Every business has a handful of things it must never get wrong. We find those first, protect them, and then improve everything around them with patience rather than urgency.
